How do I order?

There are several easy ways to order. The easiest way to order is using our online ordering system. Just points, click, and order. You can also order by call to any of our live operators. Call centre hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders will arrive in 3-7 business days. Some exceptions may occur if an item is backordered or is sent by alternative shipping methods (i.e. truck freight). You will be notified after your order is processed if there will be any delay.

Can I pick up my order?

Although we have several warehouses throughout Canada, you cannot pick-up your order. These warehouses are not set up for retail pick up. As part of our Fraud Prevention strategy, all items must be delivered to the verified address on file with your Credit Card Company or PayPal.

Why must my shipment be sent to the address on my credit card bill or Paypal account?

We only ship to the verified address on your credit card bill or your PayPal account as a method of preventing fraudulent credit card use.

My shipment has arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your shipment has arrived in damaged condition, please contact the shippers claim dept within 48hrs of receiving the shipment. We gladly assist you in any way with your claim, but we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping.

My shipment never arrived. How do I track my shipment?

If your shipment does not arrive in 7-10 business days please send us a tracking request. CarModifier.com cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. It your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the shipper. We will gladly re-ship a replacement part to you, but are only able to do so after receiving payment from the shipping company on your claim. If the shipping company denies your claim, we are not able to reship the product.

How do I return or exchange an item?

An item I've purchased needs to warrantied. How do I claim a warranted item?

CarModifier.com is not responsible for any manufacturer or product defects. Warranted items are for exchange only. No credits or refunds will be issued. Any shipping charges to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer and/or the manufacturer. Please e-mail the customer service department and we will gladly give you the address and phone number of the manufacturer so that you may contact them.
